The Navigation Lanterns Type 780 are developed for all vessels more than 20 m and more than 50 m in length according International Regulations for Preventing Collisions at Sea 1972.
The housing is made of glassfibre reinforced polyamide. The lantern is shock resistant, non corrosive, non magnetic, seawater resistant (IP 56) and comes with stainless steel screens (1.4571). The lens is made of durable PMMA.
