Wireless remote control kit for yachts
The installation of the 4500 WRC radio remote control does not change the functionality and arrangement of the existing control station in any way. It offers you the possibility to manoeuvre the boat regardless of the location on board, which increases your field of vision compared to the usual stationary helm station. With the 4500 WRC you can easily perform delicate manoeuvres such as mooring, manoeuvring along the quay during refuelling or anchoring. You can steer the boat yourself (forward and reverse with idle RPM’s) using a simple hand-held transmitter. The housing made of impact-resistant plastic withstands the toughest operating conditions and retains full reliability and functionality over the entire service life. Equipped with a removable and rechargeable battery, the 4500 WRC remote control guarantees its operation even under harsh environmental conditions. The radio remote control has a 32-bit identification code that enables secure communication between the transmitter and receiver and prevents commands from coming from other transmitters with different identification codes. In the event of interference, poor reception or interruption of the radio signal, the receiver automatically puts itself in a stop state that involves opening the STOP circle (§9.2.7.3 EN 60204-32). The radio remote control is designed and built according to European guidelines and European standards and is suitable for setting up a wireless control station that meets the highest safety standards.
